I am 9 years old and I live in Miami, FL. 

I  have a special heart. I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, which is one of the most common types of congenital heart defects. My heart works just as a normal heart would but I have to see a cardiologist every year. My mom and I thought it would be cool to share my story with you.

My Name is Lisa Smith and I am the founder of the Whoa!man Brand and co-author to the book My Special Heart.       "My Special Heart" is a real life account of how SeanJ navigates his life after finding out about his special heart. Having a child with any medical issue/alert is a very difficult to process and accept. It’s even harder to explain to your son or daughter. I am fortunate that SeanJ is ready and willing to share his experiences and his life with the world. We hope sharing our journey helps and inspires other families.
